Quick and easy self-hypnosis techniques give lifelong safe and effective tools to control stress and anxiety
Once we have discharged stuck energy or traumatic memory effects using regression or other approaches, I like to teach all my clients brief and simple self-hypnosis techniques. These work best alongside other methods of calming and soothing the nervous system, like breathing patterns. I make personalised recordings for all my clients when we start to work together. These help them to learn to calm their systems so that we are able to work positively and effectively with the unconscious mind. When the body and mind have learned to relax to these recordings (which they will enjoy doing), it is possible, with practice, to dramatically reduce the time needed to reach a deeply relaxed state to just a couple of minutes. Reducing stress, tension or anxiety can lead to a more positive mood and outlook on life, a greater feeling of control, and make defining and reaching goals easier. It can even help to reduce pain and other physical symptoms.
Brief Self-hypnosis becomes an easy and immediately accessible tool which can be used immediately, anywhere and at any time without needing to listen to a recording or have any props. Once mastered, whenever you feel stress or anxiety start to build inside you, these simple exercises could help you regain a calm state in just a couple of minutes.
I can teach you the basics in a couple of short sessions. Practising them at home can rapidly make you an expert at changing anxious arousal into a calmer, more grounded state in minutes. From that vantage point the mind can stop panicking and instead start to work more clearly and rationally, identifying solutions and helping to carry them out.
